Over 300 single bed spaces in hostels located throughout Northern Ireland.
Services for Young People:
A number of young people who approach us each year come from a care background.
We work in partnership with the Health & Social Care Trusts to provide accommodation for young people leaving care to assist some of the most vulnerable people with the transition to adulthood.
Community Based Support:
Continued support for clients when they move back into the community or for someone in the community who may be at risk of becoming homeless.
Rent Deposit Bond Scheme:
We can provide a written bond to landlords in lieu of rent advance and/or deposit.
Aims to reduce harm caused to service users associated with drug and/or alcohol misuse while they are living in a SCNI project and continuing support when they move back into the community.
Homeless Prevention Programme:
Aims to prevent homelessness by using a coordinated approach to make the most of existing community based resources. We work with local community task groups, we have developed a comprehensive volunteer programme and we work to develop local community Homelessness Prevention resources, in conjunction with other service providers, schools and community/youth groups. We deliver awareness raising talks to any agency/school/community group to inform them of local homelessness issues and the services on offer.
